With broad experience in the telecoms sector, Andy is is an expert in strategy, product development and auctions. He leads Ofcom’s Mobile Data Strategy, including the release of public sector spectrum for civil use. Previously he led spectrum policy and auctions across the Vodafone Group, where over 12 years he held various senior policy, corporate strategy and product management roles. His drive and commitment ensure the successful delivery of objectives, whilst he has the personal credibility to challenge established thinking and influence key decision makers.
