Here’ a quick guide on how to get to the ILEC Conference Centre (Wi-Fi NOW International venue) close to central London. You can also check the Transport for London website to plan your journey – or go to the airport websites for more info.
If you are arriving by London Underground then West Brompton and West Kensington tube stations are both within walking distance of our venue.
Airports & transfer times
Travel time by car: Approximately 30 minutes in light traffic.
Trave time by public transport: Take the Piccadilly Line then change to the District Line at Acton Town station.
Option 1: Get off at West Kensington station and take a 10-minute walk to the venue
Option 2: Change at Earl’s Court to a District Line headed for Wimbledon, get off at West Brompton station and take a 3-minute walk to the venue.

Travel time by car or taxi: Approximately an hour in light traffic.
Travel time by public transport: Take the train to West Brompton (approx. 45 minutes) and take a 3-minute walk to the venue.

By car: Stansted Airport is about 40 miles outside central London.
Public transport: Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street and get on an Ealing Broadway bound Central Line. Change at Notting Hill Gate to a Wimbeldon bound District line and get off at West Brompton Station. From here there is a 3-minute walk to the venue.

Driving & parking
ILEC Conference Centre is a quarter of a mile (400 meters) from the A4 highway with easy access to the M4, M5 and M40 motorways.
At the Ibis London Earls Court Hotel you can use the car park in the basement of the hotel with 140 parking bays. Guests and delegates benefit from preferential resident rates as follows:

Visas & invitation letters
All visitors to the United Kingdom will need a valid passport to enter the country. Currently, visitors from the EU do not need visas. Speak to your embassy or consulate for information about visa requirements for your country if you live outside of the EU.
The Wi-Fi NOW event team is happy to issue official invitation letters to attendees who wish to obtain visas for travel. If you do need a letter to apply for a visa, we encourage you to request one as early as possible. Please note that you must be registered to attend the conference and have made your payment prior to requesting a letter.
